You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

📦 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy after the item has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be included
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

2️⃣ If approved, your refund will be processed.
3️⃣ The refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product
  • Or your order is lost during shipping

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
